Great pickup for the Panthers, Aaron is a solid PG, capable of pushing for the starting PG spot right away.

Although Shaq Boga got much better over the course of the season and started at PG in the CBI game at TCU, I'd say that he's probably not going to be ready for the rigors of playing 30+ minutes at point next season. He probably will be ready for 25 minutes or so in a mix between playing with the ball and off the ball so he can get some experience and hash it out.

Expect Jordan Aaron to be the starting point guard, whether or not the Panthers pick up Trivante Bloodman. If they do pick up Bloodman, he could be a starter at the two with Paris Gulley as a second shooting guard. That would be a very small lineup so I don't expect it to happen, but I do expect either Gulley or Bloodman (if they get him) to be a starter - most likely Gulley since coach Rob Jeter favors more experienced players, and Bloodman will be a sophomore (he was an academic qualifier out of HS).

Great interview J and welcome aboard Jordan! We are in dire need of a quick drive, draw & dish guard.
