Excited to say that I've accepted a position as senior writer/editor at @MarquetteU and will begin work there Oct. 4.
Chris was working for the AP. I wonder if this has anything to do with the Enlund news.
What would you write for at Marquette. Does the alumni magazine have that big of a budget?
Edit: It looks like he's giving up sportswriting per another post.

He'll be in Marketing and Communication, I'd guess. Writing alumni features and other stuff.

Guys like this are fleeing newspapers right now. I just hired a guy with 25+ years writing and editing experience from a newspaper for a decent salary, but hardly out of reach. This doesn't surprise me in the least.
