    FS1 Update

Not huge news, but the trajectory headed north - at least for October. Every little bit helps.

Fox said October was its most-watched month ever, with 47.8 million people watched at least six minutes of FS1 programming. The network aired the American League Division and League Championship Series coverage, and well as USA-Mexico CONCACAF CUP on Oct. 10 scored 1,561,000 viewers, a new FS1 record for men’s soccer.

That is amazing that pretty much every Premier League game is televised in the states albeit all over the place - NBC, NBCSN, FS1, (Fox?) USA (ESPN?). Am I missing any other networks?

The Premier League is solely shown on NBC Universal Networks...primarily NBC Sports, but occasionally on USA and regular ole NBC. (They won these rights from Fox and ESPN a couple years ago.)

Fox has the rights to the Bundesliga, but don't show many games in comparison and many of those are on FS2. They also have Champions League and Europa League rights. Oh and the FA Cup too.

ESPN doesn't have many soccer properties right now.

    • USA-Mexico CONCACAF CUP on Oct. 10 scored 1,561,000 viewers, a new FS1 record for men’s soccer.

    • NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races on FS1 are averaging 712,000 viewers season-to-date, +9% over the same point on the calendar in 2014 (655,000 viewers).

Highlights are highlights. I make sure to watch Fox Sports Live on FS1 over Sports Center on ESPN if I want to see highlights. Good to support the network of the Big East.
