Got to be careful with this rule as it will have a lot to do with interpretation of what a coach has done. Remember last year when Buzz tripped and fell? A ref who didn't see it but saw Buzz on the ground thought he was upstaging him and gave him a "T".

Use the old WIAA rule. Keep the coaches butt's in their seats! That was a dumb rule. This has the potential to be a dumb rule as well, as some officials will misapply it (as IWB points to above) and it will have an impact on some games.
