In his will, Dean Smith directed his trust to cut a $200 check to all of the lettermen who played for him.
I guess the form letter said "enjoy a dinner out compliments of Coach Dean Smith".
A nice gesture from the coach.

I heard Roy Williams has it in his will that all of his letter winners get a degree granted to them when he kicks it. Oh wait, he's doing that already.
