Wow, that is really too bad.
He would potentially be turning down $11 mil a year for the next three years, plus at least half of that for the remainder of this season.
If he breaks his contract I'd think the Bucks don't have to pay him.

MU fans have always had issues with Gery, and rightfully so, but when it comes to the NBA & Bucks, Gery knows his stuff. I have been to a lot of the media availabilities at the Bucks facility in St. Francis. Gery is ALWAYS there. He isn't just there for the dog & pony show either, he is usually talking to anyone and everyone he can get to working his craft. Same goes for Bucks games - if there are scouts etc there - he engages with them. Really has the pulse of the NBA.
