Wes Matthews is great as a complementary player. A 3-and-D guy who doesn't need the ball to be effective. No surprise Prtland is holding on to him. Waiters has seen his scoring dip sharply. He needs the ball in his hands to create off the dribble but Lebron, Irving, and Love get dibs. Hasn't thrived as a spot up shooter and never known for his defense. Waiters looks like tradebait.
Matthews would be a perfect fit in Cleveland.
