Vander with LA Defenders and Jamil with Bakersfield Jam. Still wonder if these guys would be better served to play on good teams in Europe or wherever. Are they chasing an NBA pipe dream in the NBDL...?

Really think Jamil should persue beach volleybal. He was an all-state vball player and think he could be really effective in the sand with his elite athleticism. He could be a beast at 6'7". Plus, it seems like an environment that fits Jamil's personality perfectly.

Ha... never thought of that (fitting his personality perfectly). Good point though. He would need to improve his skills considerably to play at the beach level and make money. He would be an average size blocker at 6'6' but his athletic ability might make up for that a bit. Money sucks though unless you're top 10, would never come close to reaching euro dollars available to him.
