    Al's Run Wrapup

Thanks to all who donated to my team for Al's Run. We raised $2,762.75 and might have a post race donation or two still to come. Last year my team raised $2,542.72 making our two year total $5,305.47! We couldn't have done it without the support of our donors and look forward to raising even more money next year for the Children's Hospital of WI.

The only slight disappointment is that my 8 month old son caught a cold, so he and my wife missed the walk. But my son got to meet Coach Wojo in June at the captain's kickoff dinner. I happened to be in the bathroom at the time and my wife had no idea who it was until after he walked away and someone came up to her and said "I see you just met Coach Wojo."

Maybe we'll get to run into coach at Haunted Hoops.

Are they doing Haunted Hoops this year? They don't have it listed on the schedule like in prior years.

It might be a bit early for them to list that event yet. If they are going to do it on October 31, it will have to start after the MU-Butler volleyball game.
    March Madness starts in November

I guess I just assumed it was one of those yearly things. Hopefully they keep doing it as I'd love to take my son.
