$625,000 per season?

Correct, my bad. $1.6 million per season. Thanks.
Let's see how this works. He wasn't coaching his own recruits at Southern Miss for the most part. His record at Morehead was good, but not stellar by any means.
He can coach. And he can recruit.
Good hire but I think Vols Nation found out that their job doesn't have the appeal they thought. They were clamoring for Shaka or Marshall only to get turned down by Louisiana Tech's Michael White before Tyndall took the job.
Very good coach, but Goodman said on the Tim Brando Show. UT doesn't have the money as people think they do.

I think some of these coaches are seeing the grass is not always greener. The money is more, but if the fan base wants you gone in two to three years. It's hard to get a future head coaching job.
