    MVP of the Portsmouth Invitational....

    Don't think it will make much difference as far as his NBA chances are concerned but great to see him play well.

    An award won earlier by Jimmy Butler. It worked out well for him.

    I wonder if Davante could be one of those guys that gets a late-round flier. He's certainly not the prototypical NBA player, but his ability in the low post is fantastic. My only worry in that regard is if you're going to take a player to be a specialist, you're usually going to take either a three-point shooter or a defender. Not too hard to find guys in the NBA looking to score.

    A veteran NBA scout said he expects "1, maybe 2" guys at PIT being drafted.

    I don't think it is out of the realm of possibilities that he gets drafted. Not likely, but not out of the question.
