Hearing the Milwaukee Bucks are very VERY close to being sold pending league approval. Might be done already. PS: Not to the Seattle guys.

That is encouraging news. Especially the $$$ Herby would get. He could likely fund a huge portion of the new arena with that, leaving him his legacy building in Milwaukee.

Great news. I think Herb will pour money into a new arena, and the possible new buyers may have money for that too.

I would like the see the state waive any income tax that Herb may have to pay on the gains from his sale and put those funds toward a new facility.

Herb Kohl has pledged $100 mil to the new arena as have the new owners.

That's $200 mil for a start. Should be awesome.
