    Article on Crowder and Butler from Chicago sports. Talks a lot about Marquette and how they Buzz Williams non-traditional rotations helped them gain experience in playing and guarding multiple positions. Also talked about their friendship and keeping track of each other in the pros.

    Jamil has the physical tools to be next in line. But the question is whether or not Jamil possesses the quality the article mentioned both Butler and Crowder possess - being "gritty."

    Personally, I don't think that trait can be taught or developed. A player either has it or he doesn't. Jae and Jimmy had/have it.
