What it took to get to number #3, some good perspective, some say he's lost himself in the hype and/or since James has joined the Heat, this video paints a different picture.

Those of us fortunate enough to live in South Florida know that he has grown, but far from lost himself. Also, if you follow the Heat, they, especially the big three, are pranksters, constantly joking and poking fun at the over hyped media coverage they sometimes receive.
The Heat's record when Wade isn't playing this year is poor. They need him more than ever.
