Coach best not respond as no coach or staff can contact a player until he is released to that school.
This tweet shows how much thought went into this. Usually feelers are sent out by third parties to see if there is interest. The coach didn't respond (at least not publicly), the tweet you are referencing was the tweet that Jameel responded to by saying what's up?

He needs some experienced advice on his future. May I suggest some people who have gone through the Marquette/Buzz experience -- maybe a follow JUCO player like Jae, Jimmy or DJO. I think Reggie Smith or Vander might also be good sources for advice.
