Last Tuesday, I called to order the new Big East Champions shirt, since it wasn't available on the web site. Took my info including email, charged my credit card.
Was told it would be on Friday. Called today to inquire.
"Did we get your email address?"
"Yes"
"FedEx should send you an email"
"They didn't"
"Well, we can't do anything about it here."
Wow, just wow.

Ordering directly from the Spirit Shop is not always a good experience

Yep, they also don't take returns in the store if you order offline. Good times.

Sorry you guys had problems. I didn't get an email from Fed ex, but I did get my shirt last Friday. Then again, I also live in state.
