Great article my MU grad Charles P. Pierce and for you older guys like me will bring back great memories of how entertaining Ernie D. was - make sure to watch the video - don't think coaches nowadays would extend that much freedom. Boy, if Bad News Barnes had half a brain, he would have been something. Ernie D. actually was a good pro until he messed up his knee although he never could guard a biddy basketball player even when healthy.
