I am considering going to the Big East tournament this year as its the last year that it will really be any good... What should I expect to pay for tickets? Obviously don't need an exact dollar amount but I don't even have a basis to start. I'm not looking for floor seats or anything crazy, frankly just getting in the building would do.

You can order tickets directly, IIRC.
But if you are planning on scalping, demand does seem to exceed supply. Last year, there were couch bur, er I mean WVU fans that were constantly searching for tixs. I suspect the same will be true of Cuse fans who typically come in strength anyway.
