Exactly. Coaches hiring assistants is a bit different than bosses hiring employees, where resumes are important. If a coach hires an assistant, he most likely has a pre-existing relationship with the guy and knows its someone he wants to bring on his staff, regardless of their educational background. So, why lie? Silly.
