Good Big East preview (podcast) from Nick Bahe, who I think is underrated as an analyst.

Need both Seton Hall and Georgetown to win to tie this year's series. Unfortunately the Big East is 0-1-3 all time in the Gavitt Games series while the big ten is 1-0-3. I'd like to see an odd number of games each year in the Gavitt games to force a series winner.

No, actually need 1 win tonight to split the series again.

DePaul, Butler, and MU have won, it's currently 3-3. The Providence loss was a killer, that was a very winnable game.

Heartbreaking loss for the Hall. Up 5 late and couldn’t close it out.

Sucked it up and was cheering for the Hall at the end, but Sparty found a way to win. Thought Mamu was fouled at the end, but fine with the no call on Powell.

Edit: That said, I think Hall is a little better then I thought. Respect their mentality, and think they will be more consistent this year (still get some big wins, but not as many low points). Expect it to be eventually be a three team race in the Big East with us, Hall, and Nova, but the conference will need us and Hall to make hay while Nova gels (and gets Bryan Antoine back).
