    Ben McLemore

Another name surfacing with a connection to the Bucks. I think he signed with the Griz, but names such as this are what the Bucks are left to consider.

I think Derrick Rose is trouble, as is Rondo, but I think the Bucks do need to find someone else who can provide some outside shooting off the bench.

The Bucks are over the luxury tax line as it stands, bringing in anyone would require someone to be moved. I think they are better off being patient than signing someone to sign someone.

I liked McLemore coming out of college, but it says a lot that Sacramento did not bother to even make a qualifying offer. He just signed a 2-year deal with Memphis, which basically got him for nothing. Makes you wonder how much the Bucks really wanted him.

As far as Derrick Rose, it sounds more and more like the Rose "camp" pushed Milwaukee for a meeting, with Derrick wanting to be closer to his son, and the Bucks respectfully obliged to meet with him. Rose meeting with the LAC today. I think 95% to 99% of the Bucks fan base want nothing to do with Rose.

...and they are very smart to think that.

Quite frankly, the Bucks don't have to do anything right now to make the playoffs in the East, because the conference got very diluted in free agency. I would think the Bucks would not do much until the trade deadline when they can see where they are at. You just have to be under the luxury tax line by the end of the regular season. I hear they are still looking to trade Monroe.

I can understand trying to move Monroe because he is an expiring contract and he will likely be moving on at the end of the season for nothing. I couldn't agree more about not making any moves right now. There is nobody available right now that's gonna help the Bucks long term, so hold tight where you are at, and make the playoffs as a 4/5 seed in the East, and go into next season with a bit more cap space and try and make a move.

Agree with both of you about leaving the roster as is. The East is diluted. Reassess in 2018 leading up to the trade deadline. Bucks had terrible luck last season. Losing Middleton at the end of September, only to lose Parker in the game Middleton returned. I want to see those 3 play together from February through the playoffs. Will Maker and Brogdon show improvement? Just stay the course and don't do anything irrational (Derrick Rose).
