    Rhode Island: Providence Friars

    Ed Cooley ($2 million) coaches in the Big East, arguably the nation's pound-for-pound conference king, and his opponents hate to play his squad at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. He makes nearly $1 million more per year than Rhode Island's Danny Hurley.

    Also had Nova tops in Pennsylvania and Creighton tops in Nebraska. Had UW tops in Wisconsin - not really a surprise.

    Yes, Wisconsin has had a ton of success lately. But, MU pays more. MU dedicates more resources towards recruiting, assistant coaching salaries, accommodations on campus, accommodations on the road, travel accommodations...

    The list goes on and on, so while UW has had more success, I don't know that it is a better job.
