Deal in place for LaVall Jordan will pay him $350,000 annually plus incentives.
That seems like too much for someone with no head coaching experience. His predecessor was only making $100,000 more.

He took Burke to the Big Ten Player of the year and finalist for player of the year? I keep hearing that in Jordan's bio but wasn't Burke a MCDONALD'S HIGH SCHOOL ALL AMERICAN? What more did the coach do?

I wanted to hear him start saying the "Milwaukee Way" ala Butler haha but I like what I heard today. Can't wait to get the chance to meet Coach Val, and see where this goes

Jordan also receives a salary pool of $300,000 to hire "4.5 assistant coaches/support staff."
    Jeter's staff (2014-15):

    Boudreau - 85k
    Conroy - 75k
    Chambliss - 56k
    Hill - 36k
    Hanson - 36k

That's ~288k, so just about what Jordan will have.

Jimmy, I wish our lousy Milwaukee media would have asked about timetable on putting together a coaching staff and who he might be looking for.

Jordan said he hopes to have at least two staff members “on the ground” by Monday in Milwaukee.
