What do you think? Do you fire this coach? He's only slightly better than average. He only has been the the NCAA Tournament once, and got pasted, which is what you have if you pull out Jeter's first season (which everyone loves to do so this should be easy).

McKillop's predecessor had more losing seasons than winning seasons. He had as many seasons with <10 wins as he did seasons w/ 20 wins (including the 7-24 season the year before McKillop took over).
