Why am I not shocked that Xavier is a 2 seed in the east with a chance for Philly and Villanova a 2 seed in the south with no chance for Philly.

Solid SOS and 5 top 50 wins overcome the bad RPI....at least this year.
So I guess Vegas isn't a believer in the Hall....weird to see the Zags as an 11 seed but I can't imagine many 6 seeds have been 3 point underdogs in the first round.
