Neither of us felt too good about their chances this morning! Terrific win and hopefully they build off of it. It really is such a young team and it's easy to forget that they are going to have lapses from half to half in these early games.

The team got sucker punched at the start of the year (think losing Belmont late was a huge setback), and rebounded really well after the Iowa game. After the sucker punch of the first three halves of Big East basketball, the team has responded again and has the ability to get back to 5-4 in conference play by the halfway point. Get there, protect the home court after that and take victories at DePaul and Creighton, and you are at the magic 11-7 number and dancing.
