Interesting article about what the MVC will do next...

I had a very interesting conversation with my dad yesterday morning. He is an alum and former student athlete at Arizona State (he brings it up every chance he gets) and likes to talk college sports....
I don't know the identities of the members of this board and vice versa, and I don't care. What I (we) care about is our alma mater, and particularly, the leadership of our university, athletics or...
Not sure Jimmy - definitely worth consideration though
He's got my vote!!
I mentioned in another post that I knew Todd during his time in Milwaukee - he was involved with a family member and close friends with someone from my hometown - and this barely scratches the...
I knew Todd Townsend while he was at Marquette and a while after, and he was/is a stand up guy. Always had a good head on his shoulders and could relate well to all kinds of people - athletes, fans,...
My hope is by 2020...the standard has been set by AB. The better question may be when does she start clambering for him to be fired. Given her actions with RJ and her expectations for the program...

Minnesota definitely isn't the best Men's BB team there is...but the campus is awesome and there a ton of small, large & fortune 500 companies that make their home up there and its a fantastic...
Best of Luck to Austin at WF - gotta be pretty cool to go from playing at vacant areans in the HL to playing at the Dean Dome and Cameron Indoor. Good Luck!
I think what is also to make note of is how AB or any other of our failed Athletic Director's arrived here. It starts at the top....the Chancellor's are just as much to blame, if not more so,...
It's great to hear all the positive things being said about LJ - a lot of great press for our program from some people on the national stage. His reputation seems to be as good as their is and he has...
I noticed the same thing. On top of the fact he was their highest paid assistant. Part of me wonders if he had any other interviews/looks from some other programs; though it does seem like AB got her...
Per an article on Mlive.com:
"Jordan was in the midst of a contract at Michigan paying $205,000 last season and climbing $230,000 in 2017-18, making him U-M's highest paid assistant."
Just an...

Exactly. Not saying the next coach's wins/success needs to be taken with a grain of salt (don't get me wrong, a winning program is the goal for everyone on this board) but there is something to be...
Jimmy, any other updates on the names that have been floating around? I dont want to get a case of that awful foot in mouth disease...
I agree with you. Which is why I think the other names that have been floating around (Billeter and Miller in particular) make much more sense because of the issues you raised. Wouldn't a coach from...
If it is Webster - I don't think disappointment is the word I'd use to describe the hire....it would be frustration. Seems like the exact same thing we did with Jeter and the end of his tenure was as...
I'm new to the board and whole "blogosphere" thing...but I have to say that Coach Jeter was a great representation of our program and he and his staff carried themselves with a tremendous amount of...
