I think some changes need to be seriously considered with the SC program. And, if that means some personal changes, so be it. This is the third straight year where the team has been overwhelmed in...
Are you saying it can be worse? I really doubt that.
I see no "team" element out there. Both on offense and defense. No talking or communicating. All individual.
As bad a half of basketball as I've seen from a MU team.
I hope the guys are paying attention... Iowa is putting on a clinic on how to play basketball.
It already is.
Time to go zone
Enjoying watching Iowa share the ball, MU's offense is all one-on-one.
On a different note, last night's game was very depressing. Now, I didn't see the Belmont game, but here's what I was hoping for:
*Decent (not even good) man-to-man defense
*Transition offense...
Spot on. The NBA product has gotten much better and a true minor league with each NBA team controlling a D-league team will only be a benefit to the league.
Tim Doyle is a clown. Take anything he says with a large grain of salt.
MU's first BET win since West Virginia in 2011. Amazing to see all the changes that have occurred since then.
We need to get much more physical for that to happen. And, we lose the one guy (Derrick) who brings that element.
Wojo has talked about this all season, but this team doesn't talk. Too many times this year we have had guys running into screens. Frustrating to watch and dangerous as well.
Tough half for Duane
Killer sequence there... Derrick loses Durham off the inbound and then a bad forced drive by Duane. Too many mental errors
Unless Wally comes in and shows he can really rebound, we need help on the glass. I have zero faith in Taylor. Tonight was a prefect illustration of his MU career.
Coming off a terrific...
I don't know. Wojo has been so reluctant to play Duane at the point. Especially with Carlino out, I thought he would get some time at the point, just to spell Derrick. However, Derrick went all 40...
We need a lot more than that
Yep. Life without Carlino is bad.
On Xavier, they can't afford to lose to MU on Tuesday.
Never seen a player gamble and miss on steals more than JJJ. That last three was on him and a perfect example why he doesn't get more minutes.
The '04-'05 team without Diener
Exactly. Its an outlier so far in conference play.
Even when included, Juan's averaging 7 a game in Big East play. More is needed considering the amount of minutes he's getting.
They didn't score. 0 points. I have no idea how a team is suppose to win when two guys play 25+ minutes but don't score.
Take out the Providence game, Juan has scored a grand total of 26 points in...
Luke is playing way too soft.
Careless with the ball. Bad basketball here, tough to watch.
