Who should the Bucks pick?

Ok, right now the Bucks look like they have the 7th worst record in the NBA.

Couple scenarios, the Bucks move up into the top three through lottery luck.
Who should the Bucks pick if they have #3?

If the Bucks stay where they are, who should they pick at #7?

Bucks at #3 (Davis is gone) I guess I'd prefer Robinson (Kansas) and then Sullinger (Ohio State).
Bucks at #7 (obviously Robinson / Sullinger if they are there) not sure if Barnes would be available at #7 so I guess I'd go with Perry Jones from Baylor. If all 5 of those are gone before 7, I don't know, maybe the Beal kid from Florida.

I think Austin Rivers, should he declare, may be the sleeper of this draft.
