Bucks have acquired Roy Hibbert and Spencer Hawes. Both will be kept, with Novak getting the pink slip to reach the 15 player maximum. Hawes has a player option next season and Hibbert expires. Looks like a contract dumping. Saves the Bucks 5 million next year, and 12.5 in 18-19 and 12.5 in 10-20.

Crazy how quickly they soured on Plumlee. Last August they inked him to a bid deal for 4 years. Five or six months later he is a salary dump.
Can probably move Hawes to Cleveland for nothing as they have the Trade Exceptions to take on his salary.
