We have always had state players on the roster at MU but it is really stunning to see how many Wisconsin kids are now choosing to play at MU. Much of this has to do with the quality of players being produced now but it is really great to see.

and now Nick
Crean obviously recruited some great ones as well in Diener, Novak, Jackson, Merritt, Christopherson, and Sanders.
If MU could add Cohen and Ellenson (ok, I know - big if), MU would have kids from almost every corner of the state.
Class of 2013
Milwaukee area guys Wilson, Burton, McKay - south east part of state.
Class of 2014
Target - Cohen from Seymour - more north east (near Green bay).
Class of 2015
Commit - Noskowiak from Sun Prarie - south west (near Madison)
Target - Ellenson from Rice Lake - north west part of state.
Land Cohen and Ellenson and we have the entire state covered, and covered with talented players.
Think of it as Buzz's "Wisconsin Manifest Destiny". It just may spill over to Minnesota for 2014, as well.
