I know he's older than most newcomers, but his poise with the media was super impressive. Seems like a great kid.

As soon as it was done he shook hands with, and thanked each member of the media that was there.

I believe this is part of the “culture” that Wojo is trying to build. It appears that everyone on this team is a gracious, well spoken, polite young man.
