OT - Darrell Bowie

Former Tosa East star Darrell Bowie who went on to play at NIU and Iowa State and another American teammate were stabbed in Romania. Bowie's status is uncertain.

I have talked to many players about their experiences overseas and while many are incredible stories, some are not. I recall one player e-mailing me in the middle of the night years ago saying he wasn't in a safe environment, that he may leave in the middle of the night and needed someone to know.

While this seems like an argument in a bar turning ugly, there are some crazy things out there.
