Not making a issue out of it, but Seton Hall has wins in the past week vs Texas Tech at MSG, at Louisville and VCU. I thought they would be ranked better than 15.

Pretty meaningless at this point in the season. You want to look good going into the conference season of course, but there are enough good teams in the
Big East that there will be chances for significant wins. Not like football where the ratings determine who gets into the playoffs. If the seedings follow the rankings, which they more or less do? That leaves Seton Hall with a 4. I have always thought that any top four seed has a realistic chance to win it all. Beyond that, they are mostly longshots.

Against the other Power conferences, at this point the BE is 19-13, at least as far as I can tell. I think there are four games left, and I expect BE will go 1-3 in those four, so the league should end up 20-16 against the ACC, Big 12, BIG 14, SEC, and Pac 12.

How about Arizona State at #5. When was the last time the ASU program was ranked that high? They are legit, 9-0, with big wins over Xavier and at Kansas.

Polls are basically good for perception and marketing your program. Some teams always get slighted a bit. Agree about Seton Hall. Hopefully, MU will regularly be in the Top 25 again in the years to come.
