Fingers crossed on the knee, but watching that first video reminded me how good Parker can be, and really has me thinking this team is primed to make a big move in the East.

I have heard that things are going very well. The Bucks brought in a specialist to work specifically with Parker. Advances in technology have also improved ACL surgeries and repairs. I am optimistic.Quote:

Make sure he is ready before he comes back. I am sure they are thinking long term.
Bucks could really be fun if he is back for most of the season at close to 100%.
This is the first time in a very long time that I am excited about the Bucks, I think they could have a nice run in front of them in Parker comes back and the core can stay healthy and avoid season ending injuries like Parkers.

I talked with someone close to Jabari last week. Said that rehab is going great, he is in really good shape and knee is strong, just being extra careful so he is still being held out of any type of play. Still does his workouts and certainly could play, but Bucks are taking no chances which is the right move.
I was also surprised to see no knee brace....nothing, it is as if there are no worries and as you said Jim are just proceeding cautiously with Jabari and not pushing it.
That is great to hear. The NBA season is a long one, and the Bucks have eyes on the playoffs, so extend even further. Take it slow and make sure Parker is good for the long haul.
Rehab and sports medicine have come a long way. I am really interested in seeing how this sports medicine facility the Bucks and MU are talking about progresses. Could this become the place for pros to only come and develop programs to enhance their performance and also to rehab from injury?
The fans of Milwaukee have proven repeatedly that they will support a team that wins or is even reasonably competitive. Look at the Brewers when they have made the playoffs or even come close people go in flocks to games. When the Bucks had the "big 3" or Allen, Cassell, and Big Dog and were regularly one of the top 5 teams in the East the BC was packed for the playoffs and was an electric atmosphere for those Eastern Conference Finals games. That can and will happen again if the Bucks can manage to become relevant.Quote:

Well said. I am going off of memory, but in 2001 I believe the Sporting News rated the Bradley Center as the loudest arena in the NBA. Wisconsin is a great, great sports state. Not only are fans passionate, but they are well informed.Quote:
