Why? It's not the music, it's the players in the tourney!

Marquette shut out I believe?

But they caught Zak Schowalter on the snicker followed by the Ciambo (sp) shot.

I love One Shining Moment. I hope they never get rid of it.

"I made it!" -Michael Stephens

I am a fan of one shining moment. Great way to recap the entire tourney, and while many may hate the song, it sums it up. Maybe if any of us ever played in the NCAA tourney we would know what it is like to have that 'one shining moment' and it may mean more.

Oh, and for those that hate it? Why do you watch it?

Personally I like it, and despite wanting the Zags to win, I stayed on and watched the one shining moment.
I think it is a great way to recap the tourney and it's always done pretty well. I am one that would vote to keep it.

This is far more appropriate for this year's referee display... :D

Dumb Shining Moment

They could have possibly shown Rowsey's left handed 4 point play , IMO.

Lol *Chiozza*.

I'm surprised MU got shut out. Oh well. Not a big deal.

I hate the song - it has run its course IMO - too sappy - but like the video content although this year I did not like the insertion of the announcers' calls - don't recall that before or at least to that extent - made it kind of choppy. They could have given the Oregon cheerleaders more "exposure", but that is just me.

Try an edgier approach - something like Iron Butterfly's In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida!

Potentially it could be - I can easily imagine a Broadway show based upon In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida!
