This could be very interesting. Not quite sure if the changes will benefit some programs more than others. Will the rich get richer or will this even the playing field?

I don't think it will do either...but it will reduce the cost of compliance by the institutions and cost of enforcement by the NCAA. Both are good things.

Hopefully, this will take away some of the silliness for all schools.

By the way, here is a football-focused article that is extremely skeptical to say the least.
