Xavier very impressive again midway through the second half.

Xavier very impressive again midway through the second half.

I think that is going to be our toughest match-up in league play. They have active bigs that will make life tough for Luke and Henry, guards that can get to the rim and hit threes, and the ability to play both slow and fast equally well.

Don't forget Syracuse-UCONN  Not thankful for ESPN.

Nova is shooting 31% from the field, 24% from three, is being out-rebounded by 19 - and still leads by 13 at this point.

How ugly must that game have been? Stanford shot 26% from the floor and turned it over 23 times to Nova's 6.

I have a bad feeling about Providence chances tonight versus Evansville.

That's the "Panther" in you speaking. No problems for Providence.

Evansville is good, picked second in the MVC. Should have a shot at a tourney bid this year.

That's the "Panther" in you speaking. No problems for Providence. Well, that could be :), but PC has not looked that good in the games I watch them play on FS1 so far. (Illnois & NJIT)

Evansville beat Belmont and started to a nice lead on PC. DJ Balentine is one great player for the Purple Ace's. He had 18pts, 5 ast & 4 reb. and that was a poor game for him. Glad my feeling was wrong and PC took control of the game. Might end up being a very good RPI win for PC.
