Going through the scenarios, I think it's most likely that MU plays DePaul Wednesday night in New York.

If MU loses on Saturday, it's a guaranteed rematch with DePaul on Wednesday.
Assuming Georgetown beats Seton Hall at home, if MU wins on Saturday and Creighton wins at home vs. Xavier, MU plays DePaul. If Xavier beats Creighton on the road, MU faces Seton Hall.
