Self kept going to the low post offense in the first half when he needed to get Davis out of the lane. I really think a team like ours, that could use motion and switchables, would have had better success that Kansas. By keeping Withey in the game, Davis was able to establish himself inside and alter the game with his shot blocking and intimidation. Self should have gone offense-defense the entire game to try to keep Davis out of the paint on defense. Kansas kept pounding the ball and that was not very food strategery.
