Just an observation, T J Taylor, whose stay at MU was Jameel McKay like, played for 9 minutes, off the bench, for North Texas in their season ending loss to Tulane. Taylor finished with 2 points (on two made free throws), a rebound and a turnover. Not to be critical but if you're not getting serious run at North Texas it's highly unlikely you're going to make a meaningful contribution at Marquette.

You never know what a player can achieve in the right environment and opportunity. The chemistry between coach and player can be a life changer.

Not really a great showing by Tony Benford down at UNT so far.

I visit their board now and again and he's pretty much universally hated on there. Tough act to follow with how successful Johnny Jones was there...especially since Tony inherited Tony Mitchell last year and he and the team were both disappointing.
