MU has not officially announced his signing yet, though I did see something posted somewhere that he had tweeted yesterday that he had signed. Something holding this up on MU's end...?

He has signed and they have received it. Buzz talked about him last night on his show...he couldn't and wouldn't have done that if his LOI hadn't been received.

He didn't mention Harris

Craig Karmazin, CEO of Good Karma Radio. His dad ran Viacom and then Sirius.

You have to love this description of Craig's voice. Ouch! He's actually not bad on air, but his voice is not suited for radio (unless you are the boss, I guess).

Karmazin has a voice that people have at various times mistaken for a 12-year-old boy, a woman, or a 60-year-old man.

I'll trade voices with him if he and his dad want to trade bank accounts.

Basically, when he got out of college his dad bought him a radio station. He deserves credit, most kids at that age would have driven it into the ground. He succeeded and expanded the business with a more stations. I don't think he's that great on air, but you can't deny that he has done a really good job.

FYI, that's the story of CBS and William Paley. His dad owned a cigar company. The only difference was the founder of CBS blew the first money dad gave him and only on the second try did he start the network giant.
