Jim,

Question...in the Chicago Nike Pro Am, high school players are allowed to play...Why not at Scion? I am sure there is some silly NCAA regulation involved...but it would be nice to see Stone, Nick, Cohen, et al playing.

I'm not sure how those guys could participate in the pro-am when they play in an AAU tournament practically every weekend in July.

Alexander and Okafor find a way at least. Maybe more weeknight games?

Last night game 1 was a total dunk fest. Deonte Burton and JP Tokoto as headliners. Burton was a total stud.

As if the acrobatic dunks in the game weren't enough. at halftime of the game Tokoto, Burton, Jamil Wilson and others put on a little dunk contest. Wow there is some athletic ability at the pro-am this year.

I could have high schoolers if I wanted, just a different application process. Then, with that certification, I would have to hold an amatuerism seminar for them . Not a big deal, but.... How many high schoolers in Wisconsin would I want? 6-10? They would be gone on weekends for AAU, so I would have to go to week nights. If I were to go weeknights, I may lose some of the other players.

A lot to do to get a handful of high school kids.

Thanks IWB...seems like a long hike up for a short slide down for sure.
