Buzz was targeted by some because of over signing scholarships. Look at the shuffle at Oklahoma State.

Since I've moved to Oregon I'm seeing the same kind of roster turnover at a lot of the PAC 12 schools. Dana Altman, at Oregon, has made a living with one year , immediately eligible players.
