I'm sorry, but I find this a little weird. Interesting that it is taking the place of a home game for Wisconsin but will count as neutral for RPI purposes.

Wow, those players must be pumped for that road trip... I mean that's a great location for November. Too bad it was planned so late and Bo couldn't have used it as a recruiting tool. The players just have to be so happy they get this unique experience, way better than going to Hawaii, or Anaheim... I'm jealous, why can't our program be more like theirs?!

Interesting facility floor plan.

Aren't they playing in a Thanksgiving tourney in Cancun already? Don't think it's a big deal at all. Not a schedule highlight, but certainly not a negative.

Looking at the facility, that place looks like it was made for AAU tourneys.

Well...there's your reason. He get's the company to pay a nice appearance fee.

It says it seats 3500. Is that for all 9 courts? Most of the seating is behind the baskets on the main court. They must bring in temporary seating, I would guess.

Hey, the price tag is $19million. Maybe De Paul should build that stadium and save $291million. Still, with 3500 seats, they may have trouble filling it.

The main seating comes over the side courts to the main court.

http://sanfordpentagon.com/ There's a video you can play that shows the main court with seating.

Maybe it is a home and home with the return game being played in Youngstown, OH.

3,250 seats???

Maybe the delay in announcing the Marquette/UCLA game is because they are waiting to see if they can host it at UW-Whitewater.

UW-Whitewater's Katchel Gymnasium only holds 3,000 - so will have to bump it up to Oshkosh, but their 5,800 might be too big. Best just to play them at The AL.

It just makes sense.

Must be getting a real nice payday to have playing a home game in a 3,200 seat arena in South Dakota make sense. Tough to take if you are a season ticket holder who would have like to see the Johnnies come into the Kohl Center.
