One question I have for the new league is will Art Hyland continue to be the Supervisor of Officials for the revised Big East or does the league get someone else?
I certainly hope our new league assigns officials to its games who DON'T have big egos/personalities like Burr, Cahill, Driscoll, etc. No Gaffney either, please. I want competent refs who don't hold grudges and are consistant with their calls. Burr and Driscoll were awful again last night. I don't think Corbett had a solid game either.
During our ND game, Burr chewing Buzz out for congratulating his players by coming on to the floor too quickly after a TV timeout was shameful. It kind of reminded of a cop who uses his club on a guy who was one second short of walking across an intersection before the "don't walk" sign came on.
