Nothing really new, but here is something from Zagsblog. Also attached CBSsports.

Appears everyone thinks Creighton will be the 10th team and will join for next season. I was really hoping ND, but oh well.

ND wants the ACC...the ACC wants ND. They just have to negotiate a buy-out from the BE and it will all happen.

...and the ACC is giving it a thumbs up for ND to join this fall assuming the new Big East starts then as well and that is the case so no ND.

We do not need a squatter in our ranks. They have enough money and will be making more when they switch. So, they should stop crying, cut a check and move on.

Good. I understand why ND could bring value to the Big East. But I remain convinced that the perception of the Big East being a stepping stone in the first year of its existence would be harmful.

The ACC decision to let ND in a year early is a win-win for both conferences.

Now, if ND decided that the BE should be their permanent home,...that would be a whole different animal!
