Hope you are right. I see a WVU victory tonight though. They need it, it's at home, Huggy hates MU, etc.

I will go with an MU win.

MU wins 85 to 69. I think MU gets on them and doesn't let up. WVU is off and Jones is trying to win the POY and tries to do too much and if backfires.

I have had a bad feeling about this one for awhile now, MU has never won in Morgantown since joining the BE, Huggy Bear and crew are going to be in a real bad mood after getting embarrassed at ND, and MU isn't great at starting games out strong. If MU could start out fast and get a good lead then I think they could get WVU to give up, however I don't see us doing that especially on the road.

I think we are a better team, but I think their backs are against the wall and this is a perfect recipe for a road loss. That being said, if we can come out fast we might be able to hold them off. Overall my prediction is 2-1 in the final three games. I think we will drop one somewhere in Cincy, WVU, and G'town.

MU is the better team. I think they take control early, after withstanding a WVU emotion burst to start the game. Win by about 12-15. 84-69 is what I will go with.

Signs point to a big win for WVU, but knock on wood, I'm starting to believe this MU team is special. MU 77 WVU 71.

Some players have apparently violated team rules, at least according to Mac's Twitter.

Players will sit because of it ... NOT GOOD.

Damn, DJO, Junior and Vander out the 1st half, Mayo out the 2nd.

That's twice for DJO and Junior.

Credit Buzz for sticking to his principles. New A.D. and President should take note.

How stupid could they be? DJO is a senior and JR is an upperclassman. To break team rules again doesn't speak well of them. Don't know what they did but hey should know better.

Agreed Mark. Big game and Buzz makes a HUGE statement to the team, program and university. Disappointed that the players would do this to the team.

What are some of these team rules? Were they late for breakfast?

Heard someone say late for practice.

Sorry to be so crass, but if anyone votes for DJO as MVP this year, they are an idiot. Suspended twice? Once in a CRITICAL time of the season? Not acceptable. Not at all.

Marquette needs to keep it close in the first half and then see what happens with DJO, Junior and Vander back in 2nd half.

I probably (according to Gato) did something worse in my college years !!

Tom Crean must have watched the first half of the MU game. Check out this beauty of a Tweet from Mr. Promotion ...

The more I watch some other Conferences, the more I believe the Big Ten is still not getting enough credit moving towards March Madness.

Sorry to say this, as I know some are friends with TC, but that self promotion makes me puke.

Me too. I know IWB likes and respects Crean, but I have no use for him.

Best part of the victory? Seeing Buzz Williams high-fiving Larry Williams, the new A.D., after the game.

No question Mark, that caught my eye too. I have been critical of Larry as of late, so that was awesome to see.

As far as Crean goes, I understand the rough sediment, but believe me when I say that he follows MU as much as most die hard fans do. The guy loves MU.

I hope we get Indiana in the second round of the NCAA's so we can kick his tan ass.

I actually hope this is not a possibility, at least in the 2nd round.

Yeah, his daughter is much darker skinned than he is, and I remember when she was in 4th grade and came home from school asking him if he went to tanning booths.

I really don't want to face Crean in the 2nd round... Or later for that matter... That being said, if we are ever going to do it now is the time, they are only getting better... Might as well catch Zeller his freshman year, because he is only going to get better and better... Indiana will be scary down the road.

I wouldn't mind taking out both Indiana and Wisconsin;)
