What a difference a coach and some success can make. VCU realized what they had in Smart, paid him well and he stayed. Now they have been able to parlay that into a move to the A-10 and a season ticket waiting list. Keep a young, talented and successful head coach happy and very good things can happen not just for athletics, but for the entire university.
Hope MU realizes that and makes sure that Buzz is happy and stays at MU for a long time. If that happens everyone at MU wins.
