There is an article out on ESPN about Bobby Cremins trying to recruit Georgia Tech hoop alums to rally around Brian Gregory and the Yellow Jacket program. (http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/8293773/ex-georgia-tech-coach-bobby-cremins-rallying-former-players-program-new-coach)

This is great, and really makes you appreciate what Buzz and Crean before him have done with remaining strong with former players. Not only have both successfully brought these guys back into the program, they have done it with class. Every year before the BBQ they have a get together with former players - from several decades. You see player after player coming back, and it makes a world of difference. Last year it was huge at Madness that guys like Wade, Novak, Wes etc were there, but you also had guys like Cordell Henry in the house and no-one really even knew it.

Its always great to see former players at events, no matter what their role on the team was. I have heard guys that have played at other schools say they have never been back, and that they have no relationship with their former coach/school. MU does it the right way and it is good to see Bobby Cremins doing the same.
